Some of Our Services

 All offices are equipped with high speed internet and a phone with your own extension. Our offices are furnished with a desk and chairs if you do not have your own. We also want to remind everyone that with the leasing of an office all of our services and equipment are included, such as mail boxes, copy machines and projectors in conference room space. 

Office space pricing ranges from $250.00 to $400.00 per month depending on the office.

For a small monthly fee we provide a  mailing address for your business. This is very beneficial when trying to obtain a business license. For the new or existing business owners working from home or on the go, this is the perfect  program.

Advantages:

• For business license purposes  we provide a mailing address. We receive and distribute your business mail in our mail station. Easy access during business hours for pick up.

 We have a variety of meeting rooms on site. They are free to our clients that rent office space inside the MBC. They can be rented out to non-clients. Below is a brief description of  our rooms and the amenities that accompany them.

Pricing is $25.00 for the first  hour (price may vary each additional hour) , or ask about our meeting space rental agreement  for reoccurring monthly usage.

Workshop/Community Room

This room is an excellent space for  seminars, workshops, trainings, and meetings. It can seat approximately  30 people (25 with tables). It is equipped with automatic roll down projection screen and overhead projection  equipment. 

Formal Board Room

This room is furnished with a full wall  shelving unit and a beautiful unique solid wood board table. It can  seat 10 people comfortably. It is equipped with a conference phone, large dry erase board, and a pull down projection screen.

Small informal Board Room

This room is a smaller board room, less  formal, equipped for your everyday meeting. This room seats 8 people  comfortably around a wood board table. Equipped with projection screen.
